Warranty Information

Our knives and tools are engineered with advanced alloys and top-notch manufacturing processes designed for long-term performance in demanding environments. Every product is built to exacting standards, and we stand behind that work with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner.

Using any Terrain 365™ product signifies your agreement to the terms below. Please review this information before putting your knife into service.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship. If a knife or component does not operate as originally designed due to a verifiable manufacturing or material defect, Terrain 365™ will, at our discretion:

·         Repair the product

·         Replace the defective part

·         Replace the entire knife

Coverage applies only when the knife remains in its original factory configuration and is owned by the original purchaser.

To request warranty service, the knife must be shipped prepaid and insured by the owner, along with:

·         A completed Warranty For

·         Proof of purchase (original receipt or bill of sale)

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

While Terravantium™, titanium, and other non-ferrous materials used in our knives offer exceptional performance, no tool is indestructible. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Improper Use or Abuse

·         Using the knife as a pry bar, screwdriver, chisel, punch, or striking tool

·         Excessive force, aggressive flicking, or improper deployment

·         Neglect, lack of routine edge maintenance, or poor handling practices

·         Unauthorized Modification

Any alteration voids coverage, including:

·         Disassembly performed outside Terrain 365’s Service Department

·         Non-factory parts or hardware

·         Aftermarket anodizing, polishing, sandblasting, coatings, or refinishing

·         Lock-bar adjustments or tuning

·         Normal Wear

·         Expected wear from long-term use is not considered a defect. This includes:

·         Fading anodized surfaces

·         Minor scratches or dents

·         Coating wear (DLC, Cerakote, etc.)

·         Loss of removable components, such as screws or washers, not caused by a defect

Organic or Natural Handle Materials

Natural materials may shrink, expand, or develop character with use; these changes are not covered.

Liability Statement

Terrain 365™ assumes no responsibility for injuries, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, negligence, or poor judgment by the owner. Our knives are precision cutting tools and should be used accordingly.

Terrain 365™ knives are designed for cutting tasks only. When used for their proper purpose and maintained responsibly, they will provide reliable, long-lasting performance.

If a knife has been misused, altered, or damaged outside normal operating conditions, Terrain 365™ reserves the right to decline warranty service.
