How do I return or exchange an item?
If you are not happy with a purchase, please contact us so we can facilitate your return for a credit, or refund in the form of your original payment.
- Refunds are for the original purchase price of the item and does not include any shipping fees, unless it is for a warranty issue.
We will work diligently with you to inform you of shipping and other instructions to return the merchandise: email@example.com.
All returned merchandise must be returned within 10 days of delivery, in new, unused condition in the original packaging. Be sure to include your name and contact information with the return.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will be issued a refund for the full purchase price in the same form of the original payment. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
Our warranty policy does not include normal wear and tear. For wear and tear issues a fee may be applied. If the product is determined to be damaged, we will not be able to issue you a refund and will return the item to you.
A 10% restocking fee does apply to any returned custom made knives, edge tools or EDC goods. "Custom" being defined by a limited edition made by a sole author.
If you wish to exchange an item(s) from your order, the most expedient process is to return the item(s) within 10 days and create a new order for the desired/correct item(s). Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, then return the unwanted item(s) and your account will be credited for the full purchase price to the original form of payment upon our receipt.
Please note that processing returns can take up to 5 working days from when we receive it. Shipping costs may be deducted from your return.
We suggest that you return any item(s) insured for the purchase price as TERRAIN 365 LLC is not responsible for any lost packages due to carrier error on return shipments.
If we shipped you an incorrect item(s) please contact email@example.com. We will promptly provide you with a Return Shipping Label at no charge.
