Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds apply to the product’s original purchase price only and do not include shipping fees unless the return is the result of a verified warranty issue.

To qualify for a refund, items must:

·         Be returned within 10 days of delivery

·         Arrive in new, unused condition

·         Include all original packaging

·         Include your name and contact information

We strongly recommend using insured shipping, as Terrain 365™ is not responsible for lost return packages.

Inspection and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Refund processing may take up to 5 business days.

Items showing wear, damage, or use beyond normal inspection cannot be refunded and will be returned to you. Wear-related concerns fall under warranty guidelines and may involve a service fee.

Custom-made knives, edge tools, or EDC goods are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee. “Custom” refers to limited editions produced by a sole maker.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, please return the unwanted item within 10 days and place a new order for the correct product. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your original payment method will be refunded. For exchange assistance, contact mike@terrain365.com.

Incorrect Shipments

If you received an incorrect item, contact mike@terrain365.com. We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost and ensure the correct item is shipped promptly.
