Where are your products made?

Terrain 365 edged tools are 100% made in the USA.

 

Are there restrictions when purchasing an edged tool from Terrain 365?

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any edged tools on this website.

 

Where are Terrain 365 products sold?

We sell directly to our customers through our website, as well as through a network of trusted, authorized dealers. Purchasing Terrain 365 products only through these channels will ensure that you are obtaining an authentic product and will be supported by our warranty program. We do not have a walk-in retail location.

 

Where does Terrain 365 ship to?

Terrain 365 ships internationally to any valid street address via UPS, and domestically via UPS/USPS. We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.

We ship Monday through Friday within one to three business days of placing your order. Orders are processed in the sequence they are received.

What form of payments does Terrain 365 accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. 

 

What is Terrain 365's warranty policy?

Terrain 365 products have a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects and workmanship. If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us at support@terrain365.com to receive further instructions. All warranty issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will either be repaired, exchanged or the cost will be refunded to you.

In accordance to California Law, any goods returned to Terrain 365 for warranty work and/or repair MUST be clean and free of grit, blood, etc. or you will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee.

 

    How do I return or exchange an item? 

    If you are not happy with a purchase, please contact us so we can facilitate your refund and give you shipping instructions to return the merchandise:

    All returned merchandise must be returned within 10 days of delivery, in new, unused condition in the original packaging. Be sure to include your name and contact information with the return.

    Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will be issued a refund for the full purchase price in the same form of the original payment. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

    Our warranty policy does not include normal wear and tear. For wear and tear issues a fee may be applied. If the product is determined to be damaged, we will not be able to issue you a refund and will return the item to you.

    A 10% restocking fee does apply to custom edge tools.??????

    If you wish to exchange an item(s) from your order, the most expedient process is to return the item(s) within 10 days and create a new order for the desired/correct item(s). Simply contact us at support@terrain365.com, then return the unwanted item(s) and your account will be credited for the full purchase price to the original form of payment upon our receipt.

    Please note that processing returns can take up to 5 working days from when we receive it. Shipping costs may be deducted from your return.

    We suggest that you return any item(s) insured for the purchase price as Terrain 365 LLC is not responsible for any lost packages due to carrier error on return shipments.

    If we shipped you an incorrect item(s) please contact support@terrain365. We will promptly provide you with a Return Shipping Label at no charge.
