Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is related to a verified warranty issue.
To qualify for a refund, all items must:
· Be returned within 10 days of delivery
· Arrive in new, unused condition
· Include original packaging and documentation
· Include your name and contact information
We recommend using insured shipping when sending items back. Terrain 365™ is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product price in the same form of payment used at purchase. Processing may take up to 5 business days.
Items showing wear, damage, or use outside normal handling standards will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you. Wear-related issues fall under our general warranty guidelines and may incur a service fee.
Custom-made items are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee. “Custom” refers to limited-edition pieces produced by a single maker.
For the fastest service, we recommend returning the unwanted item within 10 days and placing a new order for the item you want. Once your return arrives and is approved, your original payment method will be refunded.
If you received the wrong product, contact support@terrain365.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure the correct item is shipped promptly.
